To early to tell. No substantive change on the battlefield though it appears some units pulling back from Kiev area. What will help Putin is if Mariupol falls. Problem for him though is if Ukraine forces regain Kherson and cut gains in the south. Blowing up a ship in a Russian controlled port is not a good sign either. I would give it another week to see how the war shifts.
