The “tic tac” as described by Mr Underwood is what I observed in August of 2004 while serving in Iraq. My personal opinion is that it’s real, not projected, and it’s movement suggested a data collection effort. Most probably AI piloted (time and acceleration issues not a factor in that configuration).
