Having seen a “tic-tac” UFO while in Iraq (2004 around the same time as the ones seen by navy pilots on west coast) I’m not sure I can ascribe to the theory that it’s a product of human technology. I would lean more towards an AI operated exploration vehicle of extra terrestrial origin (as in a advanced version of what we have on Mars). That address both time to traverse intergalactic distances as well as not be bothered by inertia related challenges. But who knows for sure.
